"Equissentials - for all your essentials" is more than just a catchy marketing phrase to us. We are constantly searching for stylish, comfortable, new, innovative or old and reliable products. We test what we sell to ensure that products work and provide value for money. In fact you could say that you can't afford to not shop with us! With so many new products coming onto the market it is hard to distinguish what works and what is well marketed. That is what we are here for. We have a shop based in Tahmoor, Southern Highlands, NSW and also attend many shows with out trade stand. Our friendly staff are happy to help or advise on alternatives. They don't pretend to know things that they don't and won't try to up-sell. A rapid response to enquiries is guaranteed.
We won't sell you things that don't fit, or say you look great when you don't.
Our internet return policy is really basic - we are only happy if you are happy so if the items sent out doesn't fit, you don't like it, isn't what you expected, so long as it is returned with tags and in the condition it was sent to you, we will refund in full including postage.
Staff Profiles
People that you may come across in your dealings with us are:
Jacquelyn. Jacquelyn (ex eventer, now dressage rider) mainly works on the mobile service, internet site and at trade stands. A traditionalist when it comes to riding wear Jacquelyn has recently adopted the 24K jacket for competing in and found she prefers it over her traditional jacket. Next stop, tails in a moisture management fabric....
Kayley. Kayley is the person that you are most likely to speak to when calling the shop. She is responsible for all of the ordering and keeping track of what is available from different suppliers. When not at the shop Kayley is backup crew for one of her daughters in a sport even more expensive than riding - and one that lasts a shorter time than a show jumping round or dressage test - drag racing.
Lyn. Lyn has extensive experience in many disiplines & breeds including Showing, Dressage, Show Jumping. Lyn works part time in the shop and at trade stands and any other time we drag her in!
Rob. Currently photographer, website updater and newsletter person, Rob also gets dragged out to the occassional show. Whilst she no longer ride she is still involved in the dressage and hacking worlds through family and friends.
